MEMAR is an internal business management and receipt tracking platform for Middle Eastern Market & Restaurant employees. The Service includes payroll management, expense tracking, invoicing, supplier purchases, timesheet tracking with geofencing, check tracking, cash flow management, budgeting, audit logging, AI-powered receipt scanning, and reporting features. Access is granted by your employer's administrators and is limited to authorized personnel.
Accounts are created and provisioned by your organization's administrators — self-registration is not available. As an authorized user, you must:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use. Account access may be revoked at any time by your employer.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all business data you upload to the Service, including employee records, financial data, receipts, invoices, and timesheets. You grant MEMAR a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data containing personal information of employees, suppliers, or other parties.
The Service includes AI-powered receipt, invoice, and check scanning features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before relying on it for financial decisions. MEMAR is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-extracted information.
The Service uses role-based access control (Admin, Manager, Employee). Administrators have full access to user management and all modules. Managers and Employees have access based on assigned permissions. You acknowledge that your data may be visible to administrators and authorized managers within your organization.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets when you authorize them via OAuth. These integrations are governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy. MEMAR is not responsible for the practices of third-party services. You may revoke any OAuth authorization at any time.
MEMAR is an internal enterprise tool provided by your employer at no cost to you. The Service does not process consumer payments, in-app purchases, or subscriptions from end users. No Apple StoreKit or other consumer billing mechanisms are used. Any payment processing features within the Service (e.g., supplier payments, salary disbursements) are internal business transactions managed by authorized administrators, not consumer purchases.
The MEMAR platform, including its design, branding, software, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MEMAR. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit written permission. The "MEMAR" name and logo are trademarks of the organization.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability. We are not liable for any business losses resulting from service downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies in AI-extracted data. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEMAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Account access is managed by your employer's administrators. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time upon termination of employment, role change, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be deactivated. Business data you created during your employment remains the property of Middle Eastern Market & Restaurant and will be retained or deleted in accordance with the organization's data retention policy and applicable employment law.
